Data processed and purposes

When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, subject and message, solely to reply to your request and, if you ask for it, to take pre-contractual steps.

Legal basis

The consent you give by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no professional relationship follows, for no more than 12 months. If a relationship begins, data is kept as required by law.

Recipients

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. The form is handled by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc., acting as data processor; data may be transferred outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. Email is handled by OVH.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to e.caliman@cec-it.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
